Pick up offer
CAUTION! To benefit from our Pick up offer, students MUST submit the "Arrival form" on our online plateform. If the arrival form is submitted after the deadline above, access to the bus will be upon availability only!!!
Students not taking one of the buses need to arrive in Troyes by themselves from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm on appointment with the International Center to make sure staff will be available to give appartments keys and/or check administrative details: this rule applies to students that have booked an accommodation with the UTT International Center AND to students that have found an accommodation by themselves.
Caution: To avoid missing connecting flights or loss of luggage, students must allow enough time for connections (if applicable). They should land at CDG no later than 2pm in order to clear the customs early enough to catch the bus (students not able to catch the bus whatever the reason will have to take a train to Troyes by themselves.)
Conditions to ensure a suitable welcome by the International Center staff:

Conditions to ensure a suitable welcome by the International Center staff:
- A MoveON application must have been submitted on the portal (partners only)
- The students who don't use the coach must submit the arrival form anyway: It is very important for the International Center to know the exact day and time international students arrive and to be informed in case of delayed or missed flight to ensure staff will be available at the office.
