Call for Contributed Papers
Both full papers and extended abstracts of 2 to 3 pages are accepted for submission. Papers and extended abstracts will be refereed through a double blind process for technical merit and content. To be eligible for publication in the Conference proceedings, an accepted paper must be presented at the Conference by one of the authors. You can send your work as a regular paper or send it to one of the accepted special sessions (the list is available here) .
Call for Special Sessions and Tracks
The goal of special sessions (5 papers) and special tracks (at least two sessions) is to provide focused discussions on new topics or innovative applications. Each prospective session/track organizer must submit a proposal, including the title of the session, a short description and the organizer name. Please contact us as soon as possible to help you in the organization of your special session. A templete is available here.
The proposals should be submitted to cie39@utt.fr before November 30, 2008.
Proceedings
The selected full manuscripts of the CIE39 conference will be published within a proceeding in form of CD-ROM with ISBN reference number, under the responsibility of an Editorial Board appointed by the Organizing and the International Program Committees. A special issue of Computers & Industrial Engineering will be dedicated to the best papers presented at the conference.
Style (for final version)
The official language of the conference is English. A full manuscript must be submitted in English language according to the following format:

Authors are requested to provide a full paper of 6 pages maximum, according to the instructions provided within this template, and taking account of the reviewers recommendations.

The International Advisory Committee will select the best presented papers for two distinctions:
The Best Student Paper Award
The Best Senior Paper Award
The names of the winners will be announced during the GALA Dinner.
